Create, inspire, educate

In this collaborative effort with Dr. Jennifer Cutri, we developed a series of five interactive modules that explore various visual and performing arts elements within the Early Childhood Education (ECE) setting. Designed for online students aspiring to become ECE teachers, these activities are easy to replicate in childcare environments, encouraging engagement and thoughtful consideration of how each activity fosters development. Students are prompted to extend their experiences beyond the initial engagement by sharing their creations such as musical instruments crafted from recycled materials or performances inspired by local natural environments with their peers in online forums. This collaborative sharing not only enriches their learning but also empowers those who may not see themselves as artistic to bring the arts to life for children. 

Notably, this interactive received a Platinum LearnX Award for Best eLearning Design Interactive, highlighting its impact and effectiveness in the field, as well as a personal career highlight.
