Orchestrating success

With a commitment to effective leadership, in 2025 I completed the 'New Leader' course with the Australian Institute of Management and in 2026 the OES leadership course 'Leading with Purpose'. My involvement in the OES mentoring program reflects my dedication to being the best leader for my team, our broader department, and our academic partner, Federation University Online. 

As a people-first manager, I champion others to promote equitable representation in leadership, embracing the diversity of our global community. 

In my role as Lead Learning Designer, I manage key stakeholder relations with our university partner, negotiate contracts for subject matter experts (SMEs), and establish achievable deadlines for content delivery. I primarily use Monday.com for planning and project management, but I also incorporate Miro when visual-based planning is needed. Additionally, I focus on capacity planning and development cycles within an agile framework, requiring vigilance and strategic thinking to adapt to challenges. This approach ensures we meet our goal of launching 30 units each teaching period on time and with minimal errors or technical issues.
